I. product overview

Zw-la series gear flowmeter is a kind of volumetric flowmeter, which is used for precise continuous or discontinuous measurement of liquid flow or instantaneous flow in pipe. It is especially suitable for heavy oil, polyvinyl alcohol, resin and other high viscosity medium flow measurement. A mechanical measuring element is used to continuously divide the fluid into a single known volume part, and the total volume of the fluid is measured according to the number of times that the volume part of the fluid is filled and discharged successively and repeatedly in the measuring chamber.

Ii. Working principle and structure

Zw-la series gear flow meter cavity has a pair of meshing gear as the rotor, two gears and cavity can form a fixed volume, known as the standard volume, flow is measured by calculating the number of a certain time to flow through the standard volume. Two perfectly matched gears are enclosed in a solid cavity. When working, the tested liquid pushes the gears to rotate, which is detected by a non-contact detector. The clearance between gears forms a measuring chamber. As each tooth passes through the detector, the detector generates a pulse. The output pulse signal is converted and processed by the meter volume/pulse (Vm) and displayed to meet the user's requirements. This flowmeter is especially suitable for precision, high pressure and high viscosity environments.

Zw-la series gear flow meters are widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, natural gas, chemical, papermaking, automobile, food and other industries.
